When will I receive my order?

We aim to process and dispatch all order within 1 - 2 working days. During busy periods it may take a little longer to process your order.

UK DELIVERY: 1 - 2 days from dispatch (excludes Sundays)

What if I am not home when my order is being delivered?

Don't worry if you're not home. Most of our packages are Letterbox Friendly!

Will I have to pay additional fees at Customs?

For international orders, customs charges sometimes occur when an item arrives in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control and cannot be held responsible for how much these charges will be and whether they will occur.

Will I get a tracking number?

Currently, we do not track our UK standard deliveries. As we are a small business, the costs for including tracking would be significantly higher and therefore we wouldn’t be able to offer fair delivery prices to our customers. Shipments for all international orders will receive tracking updates.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 5 working days of the date on which your order was dispatched,  please drop us an email on  info@bestposture.co.uk Or call 0333 0335 5370.

Please do not send an email if the requested time duration has not passed.

On the rare occasion that items are not delivered and have been lost in the post, we will send out a replacement. However, we cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect.

Can I cancel/ change my order? (pre-shipment)

If the order has already entered the shipping process, this option isn't available. You can select Request Cancellation, but this does not guarantee cancellation.
